MEP Construction Manager

Location: Canary Wharf, London (Site Based)

Contract: Permanent

Summary

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join a major project life sciences project in Canary Wharf. This is a site-based role focused on driving quality across mechanical installations, from inspection through to commissioning and handover.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
  • Managing quality assurance and quality control activities across MEP installations.

  • Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works meet project specifications and industry standards.

  • Coordinating QA/QC processes, commissioning activities and project handovers.

  • Working with subcontractors and delivery teams to resolve issues and drive high-quality outcomes.

  • Supporting a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across the project.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a hands-on construction professional with a strong understanding of mechanical building services and a passion for delivering quality.

  • Experience managing mechanical installations on construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC, inspections and handover processes.

  • Ability to identify issues and drive solutions on site.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Relevant mechanical, construction or building services qualification.
