Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team based in Denham, delivering a major infrastructure project.

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of operational delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring that programmes, budgets, quality standards and customer expectations are achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced building services professional who enjoys leading teams, driving performance and delivering innovative offsite solutions on some of the UK's most prestigious construction projects.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
  • Leading the operational delivery of multiple projects, ensuring programme, commercial and quality objectives are achieved.

  • Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities to maximise commercial performance.

  • Managing specialist subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring project objectives and expectations are consistently met.

  • Providing leadership, coaching and support to project teams, creating a collaborative and high-performing culture.

  • Ensuring accurate project forecasting, reporting and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Driving compliance with company procedures, statutory requirements and health and safety standards.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a motivated and proactive Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships and leading teams to successful outcomes. You'll be a confident communicator, capable of managing multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Some of the key experience and qualifications we're looking for include:

  • Proven experience delivering MEP projects.

  • Strong understanding of project planning, commercial management and operational delivery.

  • Experience managing supply chain partners, subcontractors and project teams.

  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks while driving performance and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.

  • Industry-recognised trade, technical or professional qualification.

  • A strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
