Competitive + Flexible Benefits
Summary
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Relationship Coordinator to help us deliver a consistent, insight-led approach to customer engagement.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of how we connect with our customers, ensuring relationships, feedback, and engagement activities are well structured, visible, and effective. You won’t be setting the strategy—but you will play a key role in enabling it, helping teams make better decisions, strengthen relationships, and ultimately win more work.
If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, working with a wide range of stakeholders, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes, this could be a great fit.
Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:
Customer Relationship Management
- Keep customer relationship data accurate and up to date within CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
- Coordinate customer meetings, reviews, and engagement activity from planning through to follow-up
- Support customer feedback processes (e.g. NPS, ECPRs, portals)
- Track customer sentiment, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Act as a central coordination point between customers, sales teams, and operational delivery teams
Sales & Work Winning Support
- Support the sales pipeline by coordinating meetings, actions, and reporting
- Assist with pipeline reviews and sales meetings
- Monitor customer and framework portals, sharing relevant insights with internal teams
- Help strengthen brand reputation and customer confidence through well-coordinated engagement
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support engagement with wider stakeholders including workforce and community groups
- Help ensure customer insights and feedback are shared effectively across teams
- Track actions from engagement activity (e.g. “You Said / We Did”)
- Contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and service delivery
Events & Engagement Activities
- Support the planning and delivery of customer events, workshops, and forums
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and follow-up activity
- Ensure events align with wider business objectives and deepen customer relationships
What we’re looking for:
Essential
- Experience in a customer relationship, coordination, or engagement support role
- Strong organisational and planning skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office
- Proactive approach with strong follow-through
Desirable
- Experience organising events or customer engagement programmes
- Exposure to sales, bids, or work winning environments
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based sectors
- Experience capturing and managing stakeholder feedback
Benefits:
We're always evolving our benefits to ensure we're attracting and retaining great people. Some of what you can expect includes:
- Pension with a leading provider and up to 8% employer contribution
- 25 days holiday
- Personal Wellbeing and Volunteer Days
- Private Medical Insurance
- Free 24/7 365 Employee Assistance Program to support mental health and well-being (including counselling sessions and legal advice)
- Flexible benefits to suit from Dental Insurance, Gym Memberships, Give As You Earn, Travel Insurance, Tax Free Bikes.
- Personal development programme
Next Steps:
As a business, we’re on a journey to build on our culture where everyone is included, treated fairly and with respect. This starts with recruitment and how we bring people into the organisation.
We’ll do our best to outline the recruitment process to you ahead of time with plenty of notice. If you require any accommodations to participate in the application or interview process, please let us know and we will work with you to ensure your needs are met.
