Summary
We’re looking for a creative Content and Communications Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team based in Leeds. In this role you’ll be a key player in creating and delivering impactful digital marketing and employee communications for the NG Bailey Group. You’ll help bring our brand to life through creating and publishing engaging content across a range of platforms, including our website, social media, and internal channels. You’ll also play a role in managing and executing digital content campaigns and communication plans, helping to deliver marketing campaigns including paid media and events to drive awareness and engagement with our internal and external audiences.
We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to deliver effective digital marketing projects and communication plans on time.
Some of the key deliverables for this role include:
Content creation
- Create and edit on-brand content – including copy, graphics, short form videos – that supports business goals, engages audiences, and delivers measurable outcomes
Employee communication
- Plan, create and publish employee-led communications across our groupwide channels.
- Support the introduction and rollout of new internal communication tools and infrastructure projects that enhance employee engagement.
Marketing Communications campaigns
- Oversee the management of content calendars - monitoring analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring a clear brief, on time delivery with clear measurement and analysis.
Social media channel management
- Oversee the management of the Group’s social media content plan including creating digital assets, copy and regular measurement
- Manage scheduling and monitoring of organic social content, responding to engagement and direct messages, where appropriate, and escalating potential issues
- Identify and surface good news stories by monitoring social media content
- Support the planning, delivery and reporting of paid social media campaigns.
Website management
- Support the daily management of NG Bailey’s website, ensuring smooth infrastructure operation, publishing content and proactive UX issue resolution
- Create engaging content including copy, graphics and video and monitor and report on performance.
- Assist in developing and delivering SEO and PPC strategies.
Analytics and measurement
- Monitor and analyse the performance of content and campaigns across all platforms
- Oversee the delivery of regular measurement reports and insights to support data-led decision making and continuous improvement.
Team collaboration and support
- Provide content and communications support to colleagues across the business.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently
- Support wider team activity including events and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in similar content creation role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proficiency in design software ideally using Adobe Creative suite and/or Canva
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Hootsuite and Umbraco CMS advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently and effectively
